The biography of Neil Young

Neil Young was born on 12 November 1945 in Toronto (Canada). He grew up with listening to rock’n'roll Chuck Berry or Elvis Presley on a radio and passionate about their talents goes early to the guitar. As a teenager, it is already happening with several groups and then share s’ installed in 1966 in Los Angeles. There he participated in the formation of the rock band Buffalo Springfield, with whom he will play for two years before founding the group Crosby Stills Nash and Young with his three friends as always. But the constitution of this group Neil does not think of a solo career and his folk-rock album “Harvest” in 1972 met with great success and is still regarded as a hard unavoidable. Followed a career that never ceases to take that makes Neil Youg the most famous Canadian in the history of rock in all its forms as it has in trying to diversify its variants: folk, rock, grunge, country, new wave, punk or blues in more than forty albums. The most recent “Prairie Wind”, released in late 2005 is not unlike the atmosphere of the early discs 70 and will wait for a reissue of the complete discography Neil planned for years.
