It's what you've been waiting for...awake at night...feverish, sweating, thinking, "What is going on with Off Machine??"

07/12/02--Ok, so we've been slacking...Over the past few months we have been trying like hell to get this damn CD finished and have run into obstacle after obastacle!  Meanwhile, we haven't played too many shows but we did get the chance to do a couple of gigs at Jugheads.  Very cool place, not much of a stage...or sound system, but good vibes and good people. We will have some major updates soon, stay tuned!!

10/20/01 -- We had fun at Donnie Brasco's - even though we're thoroughly convinced that we're not your typical party band (amen to that) maybe we could be considered more of a typical arty band....So thanks to the other bands for bringing a bunch of people, and especially thanks to the crowd that showed up to see oFF mACHINE, you are all highest-caliber beer-and-booze-swilling rock fiends! Especially those of you that showed up before 8:30 - such commitment! No shows scheduled for a little while, we're trying to focus on the CD project and our grand plans for the future......

10/8/01 -- Donnie Brasco's on October 13th.... that's all anyone needs to know, 'cause that's when oFF mACHINE is giving a show. This is DB's big Saturday band night, so all you mACHINE fans out there need to make a point of SHOWING UP to make the band look as important as it truly is. The band is now committed to finishing as quickly as possible a new full-length recording of GREAT MATERIAL, which will be released in time for the Christmas gift-giving season. Also, please email if you are interested in buying official oFF mACHINE merchandise such as T-shirts and golf clubs. Or send ideas! Thanks again to Club Amazona for providing a great venue for the band to perform. YOU GUYS ROCK!

09/30/01 -- The Guitar Center/Phase Four show happened .... then some guy named Randall (who turned to be an old buddy of Dave's) came up to us and asked if we wanted to play a show in Prescott that same night at a place called Club Amazona. After making Jon finish his homework, and putting a little peer pressure on Tony, oFF mACHINE hit the road for it's first ever show outside the Valley of the Sun. So then that happened, and the band came home. (Two shows in one day, that's right.) But ya'll gotta know, Club Amazona was a great club being run by real pros, and with the fired-up crowd and free drinks for the band afterward, it was about the best live playing experience enjoyed by Off Machine in its storied history. Club Amazona is only about an hour and twenty minutes away from downtown Phoenix, and if you ever see a band you'd like to check out that's gonna be there, it's worth the trip. All you hard rock and punk acts here in town, call'em up and try and book a show there. It'll be worth the trip. They do live auditions on Wednesday nights.......

09/21/01 -- Guitar Center and Phase Four Studios. . . Off Machine has been invited to perform at the Tempe location of Guitar Center as part of a local music compilation and promotion project - be there Saturday September 29th at 3:00 for Off Machine! Check back for a complete schedule and list of bands. Dave and Ryan worked on guitar tracks last weekend, and they are F-A-T!

09/10/01 -- So now you're ready for a crowd, right? . . As David pondered the band's latest contract offer, he found himself wondering why the EDGE106.3fm wasn't spinning the CD yet. Just as he realized that Michael Beck probably never got the CD from his staff, the EDGE100.3fm booking liaison for Donnie Brasco's in Tempe dialed Dave's mobile (having just listened to the aforementioned recording) and asked if Off Machine could squeeze in a show in October. After a brief negotiation, the gig was set, and now Off Machine needs the fans' support and participation on Saturday, October 13 at Donnie Brasco's in Tempe. This is THE PREMIER ROCK NIGHT in Arizona, where local bands with an original flare lay it all on the stage so the mass-media-melody-mongers can weep and beg for forgiveness for selling such drivel for so many years. DON'T MISS THIS SHOW!! Tell 'em you're there to see oFF mACHINE!!

09/09/01 -- Was it good for you?. . . The band would like to thank their unbelievable fan base for hanging out 'til the bitter end on Thursday at Hollywood Alley and makin' some great noise. The show at Chasers on Saturday was very cool, good crowd there. We stuck around and watched a cool band called SUPATHRIVE on Friday night after we played. Check 'em out, very funky! Also, there's a rumor that we'll have some pictures from Thursday's show. Have to wait and see.

More shows soon. . . .Stay tuned!

09/03/01 -- Links etc . . . There has been an update to the links page. Please submit any link requests or ideas!

09/01/01 -- Now we're cooking . . . Now you have two exciting chances to see Off Machine and a smattering of new material! The band will be playing Thursday, Sept. 6 and Friday Sept. 7 in the east valley, go look at the shows for info, and don't forget to pick up a free CD!

08/27/01 -- And the band grooves on . . With tracking beginning on the full length CD, and Jon on the mend, the shows must go on!Off Machine's first outing in years will be Thursday, September 6 at Hollywood Alley. Check the shows page for info, and remember, everyone who wants one gets a free copy of "May We Have Your Attention, Please."

08/13/01 -- They fixed Jon . . After tying up a little rupture, the surgeons in the On Machine have determined that Jon will live on. Shows will begin again soon, probably starting with some open-mic gigs at Joe's Grotto, Boston's, Hollywood Alley, and Big Fish. For all the rabid fans, shows will be posted on the shows page the day they get booked (including open-mic . . gotta be on yer toes).

ALSO - check out these new clips from a recent show at Big Fish that show off some of the band's new material!
